Origin of the search term
You will find in this article a method to find which campaign is displaying your ASIN on a specific search term
Create a search term report from the amazon advertising console
1. find the repost in the amazon advertising navigation bar, click it.
2. click create report
3. choose the campaign type, report type, and time units.
4. Run and download the report
On the excel file, create a filter on the column “Customer Search Term” based on the search term you are looking for and you will find campaigns that are displaying your ASIN on the specific search term.
In case there isn’t any line after the filter, It means that the advertising comes from somewhere else.
Try to type the same search term on an incognito window.
If your ASIN doesn’t show anymore, it means that the impression comes from your cookies or a sponsored display ad.
